5 Integration of YouTube videos

(1) We have integrated YouTube videos into our online presence, which are stored at and can be watched directly on our website too. All of them are integrated into the "extended data protection mode", which means that no data about you as a user is transferred to YouTube if you do not play the videos. Only when you play the videos the data mentioned in section 2 will be transmitted. However, we have no influence on this data transfer.

(2) By visiting our website, YouTube receives the information that you have visited the relevant subpage of our website. In addition, the data mentioned in section 3 of this policy will be transmitted. This happens regardless of whether YouTube provides a user account where you are logged in or whether there is no user account.
