Innovative sensor technology meets augmented reality

A particular challenge is to combine existing intelligent solutions with newly developed innovative processes, components and products in order to create a comprehensive "AR-Sensor*4.0" concept.

The AR Network-Sensor 4.0 represents the value chain for developing such a networked solution in its entirety. For this purpose, ZILA as a specialist for integrating innovative sensor technologies into devices and controls, has been contributing its extensive know-how in intelligent measurement and processing of sensor data to the project for many years.

Together with other companies in the technology sector, the aim in this joint project is to optimise data provision in connection with augmented reality technologies with regard to software-based systems, such as service platforms, navigation, app development, etc. The network also seeks to do more research on current challenges in augmented reality.
